Your application is valid for 30 days, giving you flexibility if you need more time to secure a place. We assist with both short-term and annual leases, with prime rental season in our area running from January through April for seasonal rentals.

We provide peace of mind while you are away from home. Our professional property manager will inspect the inside and outside of your home to ensure your home and belongings are kept safe and secure. We specialize in servicing seasonal residents and offer you the assurance that your home will be taken care of while you are away. Your home will be securely locked upon completion of the inspection, and you will receive notification of all inspection results.

If a problem is detected, you will be notified by phone or email. After contacting you, we will gladly get your vendor of preference to make any repairs. If you do not have a preference, we will arrange the repairs with one of our preferred contractors. Prices are based on the location and size of the home.

Many real estate brokerages charge a broker transaction fee at closing. This is a flat fee—typically ranging from $300 to $1,200—that is added on top of the agreed-upon commission to cover the brokerage's internal operating expenses, such as document storage, compliance, and administrative costs.

At Maples Real Estate, we believe these are simply junk fees that should not be passed on to our clients. Our customers will never be charged a broker transaction fee or any other hidden closing costs from our brokerage.
